The amazing Tina Martini has been making a name for herself as an incredibly original David Bowie tribute act, playing an extensive and ingeniously arranged solo repertoire at venues from Sydney to the Blue Mountains, from the Central Coast to Newcastle, and even in Melbourne, bursting onto the scene post Covid. Taking Bowie’s androgynous tendencies to the max, she manages to honour his persona without confection and with great depth. This is an authentic and loving tribute, not a pale impersonation! Now with an amazing and accomplished band affectionately branded ‘TINA MACHINE’ (Bowie fans will immediately get the reference), her act reaches the ultimate level, and Tina Machine will cover songs from the obscure and beautiful to the popular standards.
