She founded Compeat Nutrition with her husband, Dan, with the dream of bringing the same message of performance to everyone, not just athletes. Performance is defined by YOU – it could be in your sport, in your life or improving your mood or sleep – after all, what we eat can impact so many things. Most of all, Alicia loves not telling you what to do, but helping you build resilience & confidence in making the right decisions no matter what the day throws at you!
