General Exhibitors Information
The Expo is a devoted area of the Garma site specifically set aside for exhibitors to display their services to the Garma audience, to promote their organisations programs, to a market audience based in the most remote regions of the Top End.
All exhibitors must be registered attendees of Garma. This ticket includes the stall and 1 x General Admission ticket for your stall manager. If you are bringing more than 1 staff member, you are required to purchase additional entry tickets.
As a non-commercial event, Garma expo stall holders are restricted from sales or trade activity. Stall holders are to display & market their organisation in a non-profiteering manner.
A list of expo stallholders will be featured in our program booklet each year. We ask you to provide a short blurb describing your organisation and the work you do.
This ticket includes your airport transfer to and from the event.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All stallholders are required to carry a current Public Liability Insurance Policy to the value of $20,0000 (minimum).
The policy must have The Yothu Yindi Foundation Aboriginal Corporation ABN (28 221 722 606) noted as an interested party, indicating coverage until after the Garma event.
All stallholders must cover their employees and/or volunteers with an insurance policy in accordance with NT WorkSafe requirements. All stallholders are responsible for Property Damage Insurance for their property used at the Garma Festival.
A certificate of currency for each insurance must be provided by 31 May 2022
Refund Policy
Refunds up to 60 days before the event, 50% refund if requested within 60 days of event start date. Please read special COVID terms & conditions.
Should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, refunds will be issued minus 1.5% to cover transactional costs.
