Award-winning feature-length directorial debut from Grzegorz Dębowski is a gripping social drama set in the realities of contemporary rural Poland, offering a powerful portrayal of the changing countryside. At its core, it tells the universal story of a man fighting for dignity and seeking justice while staying true to himself and his principles.

A group of farmers organises a protest outside the home of an MP who, contrary to previous promises, voted against their interests. At the same time, the body of a local farmer is found dumped outside the house of Jarek Martyniuk, the protest leader. Suddenly, Jarek becomes the prime suspect, even though the deceased was his closest friend. Determined to uncover the truth, Jarek launches his own investigation, uncovering the true cause of his friend’s death and reassessing the loyalty and values of those around him.
