Milton Theatre is proud to welcome back GENEVIEVE CHADWICK on a double bill alongside MINOR GOLD

Newcastle based blues infused roots/Americana act, Genevieve Chadwick, is back with her highly anticipated third album, “Best Left for the Willing”, out Friday 18th July 2025.

Recorded at the picturesque Jervis Bay Recording Studio under the skilled guidance of producer, Syd Green, “Best Left for The Willing” marks her first release since “Playing for Change Presents Genevieve Chadwick” in 2014, and after a decade of reflection and growth, she felt it was time to reconnect her music to the world.

“Best Left for the Willing” features a talented ensemble of musicians including Syd Green, Mick Malouf, renowned guitarist Pete Cornelius and of course, Genevieve Chadwick. Each track is filled with the same raw energy that has become her trademark, but with the depth and maturity of an artist who has truly lived her songs. “Best Left for the Willing” delivers what her fans love most: raw, unpretentious music with grit, soul and the unmistakable power of her voice.

The album includes ten original tracks covering an array of personal heartbreak, the complexities that go along with those emotions, and coming out the other side. It showcases an artist who is unafraid of her vulnerabilities and one that has successfully clawed her way back , leaving listeners with a sense of introspection and hope.

Minor Gold — ARIA-nominated songwriters Tracy McNeil & Dan Parsons — embark on their Australian album tour for their much-anticipated sophomore album Way to the Sun: a lush, harmony-drenched blend of cosmic country and folk.

Recorded over seven sun-soaked days at Ultimate Hair Farm in Glendale, California, the album slowly emerged like a hazy mirage from a cosmic, suburban dream. Poolside barbecues, late-night percussion jams, and moonlit swims shaped a record that felt more discovered than made. Written across Australian highways and finished in Middle America, it’s a bold evolution - seeking light in the shadows, and letting go just enough to watch the sun rise.

Produced by Dan Horne (Mapache, Cass McCombs), Way to the Sun has been widely embraced by Australian radio, with multiple singles added to Double J and ABC Country – the album has also garnered international acclaim named Best New Music by UNCUT, hit #1 on Americana Radio Adds USA, and praised for its “alluring telepathy... rarely heard in country music since Emmylou Harris rode shotgun with Gram Parsons.”

After three years of international touring and festival appearances across North America, the UK, and Europe, Minor Gold are back - bringing their irresistible live show and new songs to audiences across the country.
