The Red is a modern alt rock/indie pop outfit hailing from the speckled towns along the great western highway’s, Blue Mountains. Began by chance in the haze of late high school. Finn O’Toole (Drums) asked newly moved student Hallelujah Lantay-Lefkovich (Vocals, Guitar) to start making music together. Friends since childhood, Corey Chardon (Bass) and Nick Schembri (Keys) soon joined and the Band began booking their first shows around Pubs around the Greater Sydney region. With persistent effort, The Red began to produce more, and improved music, until today they are currently recording, a fresh set of singles, from years of writing, and bottled experience. Inspired by the likes of Joy Division, Gang of Youths, and the Arctic Monkeys, The Red want to bring something new to the table.

After almost a year since the last release, The Red are excited to be releasing their next single 'No Hard Feelings' the first of a string of singles.

Joining us will be our mates Pinky Ring:

Born and raised in Sydney with Indigenous roots (Kamilaroi). Love good music, obsessed with lyrics. Hooked on the feeling of creating and performing. Songs about the ups and downs of life, struggles, and the human spirit. Pleasure and pain, sunshine and rain. Their debut single "Gold" has received stunning reviews and over 100,000 plays on Youtube and Spotify alone.

Like "Gold", their newest single "Casino", has a music video professionally produced by photographer and videographer Declan Blackall. PINKY RING has a great live 4 piece band that frequents the many local music venues in the inner west. From the melting pot of genres to the poetic nature of the lyrics, PINKY RING really has something for everyone.
