Pink Up Parkes Landcare Walk & Wellness Morning

Central West Lachlan Landcare, in partnership with Parkes Shire Council are pleased to host the Pink Up Parkes Landcare Walk and Wellness morning raising awareness and funds for the McGrath Foundation to support the work of Breast Care Nurses across Australia. We would love you to join us! 

*Jenz Yogalates is providing a warm up session in Cooke Park prior to the walk at 7.30am, located near the shading structure. 

We will finish up our walk with Breakfast, with support from InLink and Edge Consulting. We have two breakfast options...a delicious bacon and egg roll or granola from Sweet Nourishment.

After breakfast we have a choice of two activities (note that spaces are limited)

* Propagation Station and Gardening in PAC Park Waterwise Garden with Michael & Elsie

* Building your Physical Strength with Jess from Kerin Physio Co

Gardening and being active are both important to keep fit and well and improve your mental health.
