Meditation is a PRACTICE in which an individual uses a techquine such as mindfulness to train attention to obtain awareness, mental clarity, emotional calmness and a stable state.
What Can I Learn in the 5 Week Meditation Course

Raylee's passion to facilate change in others lives was inspired by her own experience of overcoming sexual abuse, eating disorders, self hate, addictions, divorce of parents, death of loved ones, marriage breakdown and now raising a happy healthy blended family.
Through Raylee's highly emotional life experiences or aka "shit" did she learned how to extract the nutrients to flourish and grow.
