Get ready to dive into an open level slow flow workshop experience where you'll master the art of signature exotic flow choreography by Daria. Throughout this session, our primary focus will be on honing your skills in executing seamless and graceful transitions. Brace yourself for an enchanting journey as you learn the secrets behind creating mesmerising movements that captivate and inspire. By the end of the workshop, you'll be equipped with the tools to execute smooth unique slow flow routines that are bound to leave a lasting impression.
Knee pads, heels or socks are recommended.

LOLA GRACE - Slinky Sultry Pole Choreography / 11:45am - 1:15pm Sat, 15th Nov

Learn from the Australian Queen of Flow herself how to move with liquid, gooey and intricate flow. You will learn a sultry and evocative routine in Lola’s signature style that incorporates edgy heel work, pretty pirouettes and slinky basework. Lola will also share her top tips for improving your movement quality to create that mesmerizing fluidity and sensuality.
Open to anyone who has some experience in the basics of pole dance (pirouettes, spins etc). Bring your kneepads and heels!

LOLA GRACE - Floorwork / 12pm - 1:30pm Sun, 17th Nov @ Slay Studios (Upstairs @ Cochranes Gym - 4 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin)
Slink, slide and roll with Lola’s sensual and dramatic floorwork choreography. You’ll learn a routine with interesting floorwork moves with a focus on how to beautifully execute them with mesmerizing musicality. No pole required. Kneepads are a must and heels or socks are recommended.

CHILLI ROX - Old School Icon Pole Choreography / 1:30pm - 3pm Sat, 15th Nov at Divas Creative (191 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin)
She needs absolutely no introduction! Australia's original showgirl and our industries most loved personality! Chilli Rox has a love for old school pole dance that is clear throughout her workshops. Get ready for all the body rolls, kicks, grinds and spreadies to the Gods that you can possibly squeeze into 90mins! If you’ve ever dreamt of being part of the opening act of Miss Pole Dance, this is your calling! Hold onto your knickers because Chilli's energy on stage is only surpassed by her energy in her workshops!
Open to any level. Heels recommended. Knee pads needed. 

INDI CELESTIAL SLINK POLE CHOREOGRAPHY / 10am - 11:30am Sun, 16th Nov at Divas Creative (191 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin)
Unlock Indi's secrets of weightlessness. The main focus of this workshop is weightless moves like floats, air walks & static rotations. Movements that give your dance the ethereal quality. We'll break down these movements in detail, then add flowing entries and exits, creating a celestial, floating sequence. Static pole. Level: Experience in low flow heels, strong invert & hold body weight in arms. Also socks friendly.

MEL GRACE LOW FLOW MAGIC: TRICKS & TRANSITIONS / 11:30am - 12:45pm Sun, 16th Nov at Divas Creative (191 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin)
Dive into the art of low flow! This workshop combines dynamic basework tricks alongside flexy and flowy transitions around the lower third of the pole. Expand your basework vocabulary in this workshop to elevate your low flow with some of Mel Grace’s signature tricks and transitions.
Level: Intermediate/Advanced (progressions/regressions provided)
Pre-requisites: Exotic pole experience and heels/kneepads. 

RUBY SEXOTIC / 1pm - 2:15pm Sun, 16th Nov at Divas Creative (191 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin)
Get ready to unleash your inner seductress SEXOTIC, a devilishly delicious 75min workshop that fuses sexy floorwork with exotic pole. You’ll learn a fully choreographed routine packed with fluid flows, eye-catching transitions, and sultry shapes that will leave you breathless and wanting more! This workshop is designed for intermediate plus level and is all about embodying confidence and sexuality!
What to bring: Heels, kneepads & a sexy fit!

LOLA GRACE & LULU - Exotic Flow Doubles Choreography / 12pm - 1:30pm Sun, 16th Nov

Find out what happens when you team up two crowned Flow Champions for an Exotic Flow Double Workshop! Twist, turn and create beautiful shapes with your pole bestie as you both get an education in the majestic art of Flow from the two most qualified pole artists in the world for the job!
Open to anyone who has some experience in the basics of pole dance (pirouettes, spins etc). Bring your kneepads and heels! Come with your pole bestie, or as a soloist (you may even get to pair up with Lola or Lulu!)

RYNN SIGNATURE LIQUID MOTION POLE CHOREOGRAPHY / 4pm - 5:30pm Sun, 16th Nov at Divas Creative (191 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin)
This workshop includes 20 minutes of intensive active flexibility warm-up as an effective and safe exercise. Combine crazy legwork with old school-style elements to learn my signature style's unique choreography. We'll focus on the smooth connection of the leg, the structure, and the musical connection between the elements and deal with it exactly.
