Sweetwater Spring Luncheon - September 13th 2025

Held only twice a year,  this is a rare opportunity to experience of the unique beauty of the imposing French Gothic-style Dining Room, resplendent with original features and overlooking the magnificent Sweetwater Estate and residence.

Reminiscent of a European Chateau of yesteryear, Sweetwater is a landmark Hunter property and the most significant country vineyard estate in Australia – Sweetwater Estate stands as a symbol of magnificence surrounded by a southern European style vineyard of a bygone era on the crest of Sweetwater & overlooking the Sweetwater Valley.

The carefully nurtured vineyard, produces the Hunter’s finest wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. 

Lunch will be provided by one of the Hunter Valleys finest guest celebrity chefs and matched to Sweetwater wines selected and presented by chief Winemaker Bryan Currie.

Following canapés and welcome drinks in the grounds, guests will be seated in the stunning and unique Gothic-style dining room, to enjoy a delicious menu, partnered with fabulous Sweetwater Estate wines.
