Once again, the Adams Peak Country Estate Open Day is part of the Hunter Valley's Say I Do Wedding Trail 2027!

And while there are plenty of beautiful venues to explore throughout the Hunter Valley, we're pretty confident you'll have found the perfect one the moment you arrive at Adams Peak!

What's an Open Day, you ask?

Imagine sipping a glass of bubbles, listening to fantastic live music, enjoying delicious food and soaking up breathtaking views of the Hunter Valley... all while planning your dream wedding!

Join us for our much-anticipated annual Adams Peak Open Day, where we'll be bringing together an incredible collection of wedding vendors, delicious food, great drinks and plenty of inspiration.

Newly engaged? This is the perfect opportunity to explore Adams Peak, wander through the property, meet our team and start imagining what your special day could look like.

Already booked your wedding with us? Even better! Bring along your family, bridal party and friends for a fun day of wedding planning, inspiration and perhaps a few ideas you hadn't thought of yet!

What's happening on the day?

We'll have a fantastic line-up of talented wedding vendors ready to meet you, including photographers, florists, celebrants, entertainment, styling, accommodation, transport and plenty more.

Our exclusive caterers, Monkey Place Catering, will be serving up some of their delicious creations. Keep an eye on their social media closer to the event for a sneak peek at what's on the menu!

The crew from Hunter Bar Packages will also be there, pouring wine, beer, bubbles, cocktails and their ever-popular alcoholic slushies. Tastings will be available, along with drinks to purchase by the glass or bottle.

So grab something delicious, find yourself a spot overlooking the stunning countryside, enjoy the live entertainment and soak up the atmosphere.

Entry to our Open Day is completely FREE, but we do ask that you register for your complimentary tickets so we have an idea of numbers (and more importantly, how many hungry people we'll be feeding!).
