It’s a workshop that’s designed to help you banish the blank page and get some momentum on your writing projects. We’re talking bum to seat and fingers to keyboard to simply bang out your content.

A writing retreat in the true sense of the word, Write Here, Right Now offers dedicated writing time to progress your writing projects in a supportive, focussed realm fuelled by great food. We’ll batch write a ton of content through word sprints sandwiched between brief scheduled discussions designed to generate solutions to writing hiccups, develop drafts, set goals, provide market research from your fellow writers and get feedback on your writing in progress. 

This workshop is perfect for people who:

• Know that their story is the perfect way to connect with their ideal audience but need time to get it out of their head or content plan and onto the page.
• Want to spend less time overall and much less angst crafting each piece of writing on their to-do list, be it blog posts, articles, social media captions, sales pages, pitches, emails or books.

Write Here, Right Now Batch Writing workshop is an all day, intimate writing retreat limited to 15 participants so I can give you personal, 100% practical support and feedback against your writing, as you’re writing. I may even get out my virtual red pen and scribble across your copy to show you how to improve it so your messages hit their intended targets. The design and format of the day is designed to be as chock full of fun, energy and support as it is about banging out the writing projects that have lingered far too long on your list. We’ll work hard, no doubt about it, but we’ll chat and laugh hard too. We’ll finish the day with bubbles to celebrate an intensive yet super-productive day’s work knocking over your writing projects.

I signed up to Holly's Batch Writing Workshop because I have been putting off writing a book about my Dad for over 8 years. Hi, I’m Holly Cardamone, communications specialist, writer for business and Word Nerd extraordinaire. My business is Blue51 Communications, and I help people tell their story and grow their brand using beautiful communications. For the past two decades, I’ve drafted hundreds of thousands of words for people in business. Whilst it’s in my Aussie-girl nature to be self-deprecating, I feel obliged to point out that I’m pretty damn good at what I do. I’m an unashamed and unabashed Word Nerd, with a Master of Writing and Literature and a Master of Arts in Communications to prove it. I use my love of language and my passion for communications to create strategies and tactics and products that weave creativity with professionalism.
