Join us for a hands-on introduction to the world of herbal healing and discover how simple, everyday culinary herbs can be used as medicine and incorporated into your everyday life.

During this workshop, you will learn about a few common herbs that are powerhouses of herbal healing and take part in a practical demonstration where we will create a full-sized healing balm for each participant to take home.

You will leave feeling inspired and empowered, with the knowledge and confidence to start taking charge of your wellbeing using the gifts nature provides.

• A full printed booklet and herb information guides to take home
• Step-by-step instructions so you can repeat the process yourself
• Learn about the properties and uses of our chosen medicinal herbs – Oregano, Rosemary and Thyme, and different ways to apply them.
• Practical, hands-on balm-making demonstration
