3-course meal -  Kitchen opens at 5.30pm and closes 8.30pm 
Cash bar facilities from 5.30pm to 12.30am

Entrée

Individual tasting plate consisting of:

• -Chardonnay pickled scallop, cucumber disc, ruby grapefruit reduction (gf/df)
• -Yellow curry duck breast, Asian slaw, crispy wonton skin (df)
• -Gin cured barramundi, lemon gel, fried capers (gf/df)

Mains

Choice of:

• -Wood-fired Chicken Maryland, grilled vegetables, blackened corn kernels, lemon & thyme reduction (gf/df)
• -Pan-seared Atlantic salmon, pickled fennel, citrus beurre blanc, parsnip crisps (gf)
• -Sous vide sirloin (med rare), crispy potatoes, carrot cream, red wine jus (gf)
• -Purple sweet potato fondant, pumpkin puree, wilted spinach, confit cherry tomato, sunflower seeds (vegan/gf/df)

Dessert

• Triple Choc Mousse, raspberry gel, chocolate crumble, strawberry macaroon (gf)

PRICE  -   $95 Adult / $70 Child

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To reserve a table, we do require full payment at the time of booking. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. No refund is available if you cancel on or after 28 December 2022.   

• All menu selections are subject to the availability of produce and we reserve the right to vary menu items at any time prior to the event.
• Tickets are limited and may not be available for purchase on the night if the event is sold out.
• BYO food or drink will not be allowed.
• In the likelihood of wet weather, the night event will continue to operate as per normal, no refunds will be issued unless canceled by management. 
• Table allocations/configurations will be at the discretion of management. There will be a limited number of varying table sizes including tables for 2 guests and higher.  We only have a small number of high chairs available, therefore are unable to guarantee any requests. All tables and high chairs will be sold on a “first-in, first-served basis”.  
• Any dietary requirements must be made in writing to functions@wharfone.com.au by 28 December at the latest for us to be able to accommodate.
• Requests - we can not guarantee that your request will be delivered, however, we will attempt.
• Wharf One Food & Wine practices Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Wharf One Food & Wine will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of your property prior to, during, and after the NYE 2022 event. You will be financially responsible for any loss or damage caused by you to the building(s), furniture, fittings, and any equipment.
• 15% service fee applies for any charges occuring on the day of the event, due to public holiday rates.
