This course is designed for adult cyclists who are not confident in riding on busy roads, crossing traffic lights and going around roundabouts.

You will practice how to use a hook turn, how to go around a roundabout and how to 'communicate' with other road users.

Our cycling coach will also teach you traffic rules and basic bike maintenance during the information session.

Please bring your bike, helmet and a drink bottle.
