Deep Wellness Half Day Retreat Workshop

We are offering a half-day workshop that will leave you feeling amazing, wonderful, and very vibrant. You will be provided with professional knowledge that is both scientifically and socially proven to work.

This half-day retreat workshop is designed to not only have you undergo transformation within the mind, body, and spirit but designed to push you outside your comfort zone in a very safe and majestic environment.

Your instructor will be Master Clinical  Practitioner  Drew Glebow on the day.

YOU along with other like-minded people will be given an opportunity to participate in....

1. 7-day pre-workshop tasking (this is important information and will assist with the ice exposure practical).
2. Sound therapy with breathing using the Parasympathetic.
3. Hypnosis relaxation session. 
4. Self Hypnosis workshop. 
5. Ice Exposure workshop.  
6. Ice Exposure practical challenge. 

Normally $1,500.00 in total value.

All items will be supplied on the day. You will be given an itinerary of what to bring on the taskings.

Light refreshments will be supplied at the event along with a rewarding open fire and a hot drink to warm your soul at the end of the session.
