5 course "Let's Try Balinese" with welcome glass of Tynan Wines Prosecco

Our wonderful caterers, Nelson Bay based Delectable Delicacies (Gill & Mario) have just returned from their culinary masterclasses in Bali. Of course, they are keen to showcase their new-found skills with a delicious five course journey through Balinese cuisine.
The ticket price includes a welcoming glass of the Tynan Wines award-winning Silver medal Sparkling Prosecco, a half glass of Mark's recommended wine with each course, with additional wine available at cellar door prices by the glass or bottle. The dinner format is long table at our Salamander Bay Cellar Door, and tickets are limited to 24 people. Dress code is casual. Cost is $125/person + booking fee. We expect the tix to sell out quickly!

Course 1: Sate Lilit (Lemongrass chicken Skewers)
Course 2: Whole roasted chicken in banana leaves, prawns in banana leaves, sweet corn & coconut
Course 3: Babi Guling (Balinese roasted pork), green beans & saffron rice
Course 4: Nasi Goreng
Course 5: Laklak (Balinese pancakes)
You're welcome to invite family & friends. Please let us know if there are any special dietary requirements within your group, and let us know who you want to sit with. We have non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice available for non-drinkers.
