Langwarrin Woodlands Landcare Project

A project jointly funded through Ella Boyen and the Australian Government's National Landcare Program.

Langwarrin is rich in habitats and biodiversity. From swamplands to riparian zone, open woodland to heathy woodland, Langwarrin has it all.

We have an amazing cornucopia of species. Despite being surrounded by suburbia, Langwarrin still boasts echidnas, swamp wallabies, eastern grey kangaroos, sugar gliders, koalas and a vast range of other mammals, lizards and snakes, birds, fish and amphibians.

These workshops are aimed to equip you with the local knowledge to protect and restore this local habitat.  More information can be found at www.langwarrinwoodlands.org
