While the Mt Gravatt Showgrounds has issued correspondence, their communications do not respond to our formal notice or our subsequent requests for clarification. We have reason to believe parts of the situation are due to miscommunication.
This event will go ahead with safety, community reliance, and legal compliance, but most importantly, with the energy, creativity, and connection that make our markets so special.
Participation requires that you:

Booking & Stalls
- Indoor stalls: 2.7m x 3m
- Outdoor stalls: 3m x 3m (bring a marquee or umbrella)
- Share your space with friends, or come on your own and meet some fabulous new friends.
- Add racks ($20) or tables ($10) when booking to display your items beautifully
Steps to participate:
- Pick your stall date & location online
- Add racks/tables if needed
- Tag your items, pack your creativity, and show up ready to sell!
- We will send you a set-up email on Saturday, the day before the event.
Event Day Details
- Setup: 7am – 8am
- Doors Open: 8am – 12pm
Who Can Sell?
Everyone! Women, men, teens, e-boutiques, creators, makers, if you love your pre-loved or handmade items, bring them along.
We know times are tough and many of us are just getting by with the cost of living, so this is a space to share your style, make some cash, and have fun doing it.
