Bob Drew Benefit Event

In March 2023, Bob Drew was involved in a horse-riding accident. Bob has sustained lifelong injuries, leaving him wheelchair bound for life.

Bob has achieved many milestones in his time. He served with the New South Wales Police Force for 32 years, retiring as Detective Chief Inspector, Crime Manager of the then New England Local Area Command.

Bob has always had a love for horses, which led him to become the Clerk of the Course at Tamworth and Hunter Valley Races and Tamworth Trots.

Bob spent over 30 years as a Greencoat (mounted steward) at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

In 2022 Bob was honoured with the title of Champion of the Royal Easter Show.

Bob has always been a caring person who has spent many years giving his time and efforts to the community. It is now our turn to help support Bob, as he faces his most difficult chapter of life yet. Bob has a long journey ahead of him.

Friends and family in support of Bob will be holding ‘A Benefit Event for Bob’

Cost $150 per head or $1500 for a table of ten.

The event will consist of a two-course meal & beverages, auctions and raffles.

Guest speakers are retired Commissioner of Police, Michael Fuller APM, Ben Fordham 2GB personality and retired Detective Chief Inspector Russell Oxford APM.
