Woven in Wildness: A Retreat for Nourishment & Connection

May 23rd – 25th, Mountain View Farm, Tilba

Join us for a deeply restorative weekend at the foot of sacred Gulaga Mountain, where we will gather in stillness, warmth, and connection to self and land. This retreat offers a balance of gentle movement, nourishing food, time on Country, and cultural wisdom, with experiences guided by the natural rhythms of the season.

Retreat Highlights:

• Yoga, Nature Based Therapies & Guided Restoration with Moni

• A Special Ayurvedic Cooking Class with Jody Vassallo – learn to make ghee, kitchari, curry, red lentil pancakes, green chutney, open fruit crumble, and Jody’s signature tahini maca cream, followed by a nourishing brunch to share

• Cultural Offerings – details to be announced after consultation with local Aunties and wisdom holders, ensuring an experience that is in harmony with local knowledge holders, the land and season

• Time to Reflect & Replenish in the beauty of Mountain View Farm

• Opportunity to Walk on Country in reciprocity, especially ahead of annual Sorry Day

A Shared Offering of Nourishment:

On Friday night, we invite everyone to bring a plate of food to share. The simple act of preparing or offering food is a gift—one of energy, love, and connection. Whether homemade or thoughtfully chosen, each dish carries its own prana (life force), and together we create a meal infused with generosity and care.

On Saturday night, Ayurvedic health coach and skilled Ayurvedic cook, Jody Vassallo will be nourishing for us with a beautiful Autumn warming meal

Investment:

•$820 per person (shared accommodation)

•$660 per person (if sharing a bed)

This is a rare and deeply nourishing opportunity to slow down, be held by the land, and receive wisdom through movement, food, and stillness. Spaces are limited.
