1st Course
Toasted Sourdough
prosciutto, brie cheese, bitter orange and fig compote
Paired with Dalwhinnie 15-Year-Old Single Scotch Malt Whisky
This Highland Single Malt from the highest distillery and coldest in Scotland is an elegant, smooth, medium-bodied, with a light, fruity palate and a whiff of heather and finishes sweetly, then gives way to smoke, peat and malt.
2nd Course
Roasted Pork Belly
grilled radicchio, caramelised apple, toasted hazelnuts
Paired with Singleton 12 Year Old Single Scotch Malt Whisky
Dufftown Distillery, Speyside Scotland with a typical fruity, floral and honeyed character. Aged in both European & American oak, the 12 year reveals toasted hazelnut, stewed fruit and brown sugar aromas, with a medium to full-bodied palate that starts sweet and develops baked apple and espresso notes.
3rd Course
Beef Porterhouse
smoked garlic and nori potatoes, grilled asparagus, Scottish whisky cream sauce
Paired with Lagavulin 16 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Strongly peated Islay malt, with a nose full of smoke, iodine and seaweed set against malt and cherry sweetness and a salty finish.
4th Course
Dark Chocolate & Cream Cheese Tart
dark chocolate sauce, cherry compote
Paired with Talisker 10 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
From the Isle of Skye, it combines fresh sea salt and citrus notes, with a full body, sweet fruit and malt flavours. Known for its peppery finish.
