• Morning Qigong & Yin 90mins 
• Alternative Meridian Yin Yoga class sequencing
• 2 extra meridians & the great channel
• Embryology and 'THE 6 LINES' - where it all began
• Trauma/ pain & emotional release discussions
• 9 new Yin Yoga class sequences including 2 new 90 min masterclasses 
• Finishing with somatic practice daily for integration and embodiment

This course is for any graduate who is ready to unravel deeper layers to teach to and learn more about the benefits of yin yoga and deeper energetics

ABOUT MELANIE MCLAUGHLIN

Mel has been passionate about a yin-style practice for over 17 years, through her own personal practice and self-study. In 2012 Mel formalised her training with Paul Grilley, and since then has acquired 240hrs through his Teacher Training programs in the USA. She continues to revisit him for ongoing training, and now shares this wealth of experience, insight and expertise through her very own Yoga Australia recognized 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, 50hr Yin Teacher Training, and Advanced Yin Teacher Training courses. She is excited to be sharing this Advanced module with you and integrate her knowledge of Yin Yoga, Qigong, Metaphysics and Acu-Energetics.
