We are excited to bring back YOUR WARDROBE Cairns at the Fred Moule Pavilion (Cairns Showgrounds)

Sellers: Join YOUR WARDROBE Cairns and buy, swap or sell your clothes, shoes and accessories and convert to CASH. Set your stall as you would an inviting pop up shop, using mirrors and flowers or just keep it simple and make it about your clothes! What can you sell? Pre-loved, vintage and new clothes, shoes, accessories, race-wear, Jewellery, for men, women, babies, toddlers and children.

Refresh Your Wardrobe and sell your own clothes at one single event over just 4 hours! 

Vendor Ticket $65.00            

* Sorry but no refunds Vendor Tickets are non-refundable. If event is to be cancelled for any reason, another day will be chosen for the event and tickets will be transferred to that new date.

Your Sellers Ticket includes:

Allocated indoor stall space 3m x 3m

Please understand that we are working with space restrictions, so STRICTLY no more than 2 people for each Vendor Ticket.)

OPEN TO SELLERS FOR SET UP

6am - 8am (please arrive no earlier than 6am and no later than 7.30am)**** 

Please bring your own clothing rack and anything else to display your items. You can pick up affordable racks from Kmart, The Reject Shop, Bunnings and ask within your networks to borrow.

Bring a selection of change, including $5, $10 notes and make sure you remember to bring coins if you are pricing anything below $5. 

There will be multiple change rooms that shoppers can try on items. (It's totally up to you if you want to let people try on your stuff! You can also bring your own pop-up change room if you have one.) It is up to you.

Shoppers: Come and shop at YOUR WARDROBE Cairns.... Back by popular demand, a funky pre-loved fashion event you will love!

Is your closet full? Is it time for a refresh? Do you LOVE to shop and love new clothes?

You'll find the most amazing collection of New, Vintage, and Pre-loved clothes, shoes and accessories for females, males, babies, toddlers and kids!

Tell your friends and make a morning of it!

The venue is undercover, meaning you won't have to deal with the the sun and the chance of rain changing our date.

YWC is predominately CASH ONLY but we're excited to share that there will be an ATM on site! You may take payment any way you can via your own channels. So bring your pennies in different denominations. eg $5, $10, $20. 

We will be promoting the event via Facebook, Instagram, large banner at the Cairns Showgrounds, road signage at high traffic areas and press to all media outlets.

You can help us get even more shoppers to come to YOUR WARDROBE Cairns by spreading the word with friends, family and colleagues! Please share on Facebook and Instagram! As a Vendor you agree to promoting the event to your social networks leading up to the event.

SUPPORT: Upon entering shoppers are encouraged to make a gold coin donation in support of a local Cairns charity. To determine who the charity will be, this will be announced on the Your Wardrobe Cairns Facebook page and the public can nominate a local charity of their choice and the post with the most likes will be offered the opportunity. to collect donations at the entrance.. 

YWC has previously supported The Babes Project, The Pyjama Foundation Cairns, Adopt Me Kittens, FNQ Cerebral Support Group, Cairns Cupid Undie Run, Guide Dogs Qld, Ronald McDonald House, Project Booyah, Bush Dogs and Pups, Ruth's Women's Shelter, Cairns Children's Museum, COUCH Wellness Centre and has raised over $25,000 for our local community, THANK YOU!

If you want to sell at YOUR WARDROBE Cairns please purchase your vendor Ticket ASAP as spaces are limited so get in quick and don't miss out on setting up your very own pop up shop!

Stallholders and customers will be required to check in on entry and all attendees can be vaccinated or unvaccinated.

9am - 1pm (strictly no pack up before 1.01pm)****

The timing of this event is perfect! It gives you all the time you need to make sales or shop until your heart in content, with time to enjoy the rest of your day.
