York Rocks 2023

Do you feel like Dancing? Do you like Rock N Roll? Do you like Vintage cars?

The town of York and Lets Rockon Events are inviting you to come and join us for a weekend of fun and dancing during the weekend of 9th and 10th September this year.

The main dance will be held on Saturday night at the endearing Town Hall . The fantastic band "Rebound" will top the bill and tickets will be selling for this dance at $25 per head. We will also be holding raffles so bring your loose change that support York Ambulance Services.

We are encouraging people to buy their tickets early as we are expecting tickets to sell out fast and book your accommodation and your meals early to avoid missing out.

During Saturday there will be lots happening in the town to keep you entertained before the dance. There will be music at various hotels to warm up your dancing shoes through the day with the possibility of a market during the day on Saturday (Markets location t.b.c) along with the amazing York Car Show on Sunday which is famous event that bring in 20.000 visitors annually.

We will also be holding a Miss York 2023 in conjunction with the car show organizers to bring your best dress!

This event is open to the public, dancers and anyone who is interested.

Please be mindful that if you are purchasing tickets and do not opt to purchase a table of 8 then individuals will be put on tables to fill the gaps to make tables of 8 to maximize the capacity of the Town Hall.

Tea, Coffee and a light supper will provided for everyone, drinks and nibbles are B.Y.O.
