Get ready to Train Like a Swift these October School Holidays!

We’re excited to announce that our much-loved Train Like A Swift program is back these school holidays!

Tailored especially for netballers aged 11–17 with 2+ years of playing experience, this full-day intensive offers a unique opportunity to take your game to the next level.

Under the guidance of expert coaches including NSW Swifts Assistant Coach Dylan Nexhip, participants will refine their skills with focused, specialist coaching and gain valuable insights into high performance areas such as fitness and game sense—all capped off with some match play to put learning into action.

We're also thrilled to have Swifts star Teigan O'Shannassy presenting sessions on nutrition, and Swift #66 Allie Smith sharing her expertise on mindset and resilience —giving participants the chance to learn directly from elite athletes.

2025 NSW Swifts Members enjoy a special discounted rate of $140 and receive 48-hour priority booking access before places open to the general public.
