Details
Breathwork is a way of returning to yourself — a space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with your body. This work invites awareness to what has been held beneath the surface, gently supporting the release of tension, emotion, and patterns stored within the body.
My name is Jasmin. My work is to walk alongside others as they move through growth, healing, and reconnection — creating more ease, freedom, and flow in their lives. Alongside Biodynamic Breathwork, I work with energy healing, intuitive guidance, and somatic awareness. My approach is grounded, intuitive, and deeply respectful of your own pace and process.
Biodynamic Breathwork is a body-based practice that combines conscious connected breathing, movement, body awareness, sound, and meditation. Together, these elements support the body in releasing stored tension and unprocessed emotional experiences. Rather than forcing release, this approach allows what is ready to emerge to do so safely and gradually.
You will be gently guided through a 2-hour group journey. The breath creates a natural flow of energy through the body, bringing awareness to sensations, emotions, and areas of holding. This is not about pushing or reliving, but about feeling, witnessing, and allowing without judgement.
The session includes guided breathwork, space for expression and release, and integration to ground back into the body. Group sessions offer a shared field of connection — being held alongside others, witnessed in your experience, and supported in a collective space.
Benefits may include reduced stress and anxiety, release of physical tension, deeper connection to your body, increased emotional awareness, a calmer mind, and connection to your authentic expression.
Contraindications — please ensure the following do not apply before booking. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out. This session may not be suitable if you are pregnant; have severe asthma (mild is okay, please bring your inhaler); severe heart conditions; epilepsy or history of seizures; severe mental health conditions; acute physical injury; severe diabetes; or are under 18.
What to bring — towel or sarong (to place on your mat), water bottle (non-glass), journal and pen, pillow and blanket (optional), and comfortable loose clothing.
Please arrive on time for a 5:30pm start (you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to settle in).
