seventieth heaven (photoshoot): the 70^th group shoot day hosted by Bombshell Burlesque!

That’s right – Bombshell Burlesque has presented 69 photoshoot days to date (insert *that* joke here), and you get to be part of the 70^th one at 70^th Heaven!

A brand new photoshoot experience from Bombshell Burlesque & KTB invites you to live out your burlesque headliner fantasy on a Centrepiece stage surrounded by our signature purple drapes PLUS a rare opportunity to shoot in a Martini Glass prop. Bring your rhinestones, bring your feathers, and you’ll be the heavenly body at 70^th Heaven!

Book in to shoot on the Centrepiece set, or both the Centrepiece set and the Martini Glass! Showponies who book in for both will also receive a commemorative, limited edition cotton tote bag emblazoned with their stage name, but don’t hesitate – due to the extra care and time required to shoot in such a special prop, these spots are reserved to only a handful of places!

Caitlin of KTB is one of Queensland’s most creative portraiture photographers and with an eye for the beautiful and the bewitching, she will transport you to a world where you are your sexy, seductive best!

Lila Luxx of Bombshell Burlesque will guide you through the process, including pre-production in a private Facebook group for participants to assist with developing and sourcing costumes and props, and will be on hand on the day to ensure you are positioned in poses that are as impactful as they are flattering.

The Process

1. Book in by paying your deposit via the ticketing website.

2. You’ll be added to a Facebook group to as discuss costuming, posing and props so that we can create the best look for each of you

3. Make sure you pay your additional instalments by the due dates to secure your spot.

4. Two weeks before the event, you’ll receive a schedule for shooting.

5. After the event, you’ll be emailed an online gallery to choose your final images!

BRING: Your props, costumes, hair and makeup to suit your Centrepiece and/or Martini Glass moment

FINAL IMAGES: Your package includes two fully edited images per set. You’re welcome to purchase additional photos at a cost of $70 for each additional image with glamour editing or $197 for an additional 3 images. Once you select your desired images from an online gallery, final glamour edits will be emailed to you in high res format within a maximum of 6 weeks.

*Martini Glass guests please note – due to the nature of this prop being custom built for a single performer, not everyone will be able to comfortably pose in the glass. The glass was built for a 5’6” performer at 80kgs, and very comfortably supports over 100kg, however guests should consider their overall mobility and comfort levels before booking. Regrettably, those who are not comfortable with heights (1500mm high), have issues with balance, or existing injuries/physical limitations (able to fold down within the 350cm max/175cm mid width bowl without a flat base) are not recommended to pose in the glass, however everyone is welcome to pose with the glass while standing on the ground. FAQs:

What should I wear? Anything you like! Lingerie, a burlesque costume, feathers, rhinestones, all welcome! Please note: no shoes can be worn in the Martini Glass.

Can you cover my bra straps and bruises? Yes, glamour retouching is our standard for Fantasy Portrait sessions.

Will I still look like me after Glamour Editing?

We will never alter your body shape in Photoshop without specifically being asked. If there are particular areas of your body you would feel more comfortable in removing or reshaping (chin, waist, legs, arms, neck) please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Glamour editing will still always include skin retouching, smoothing pigmentation and removing some sunmarks, removing or softening hair flyaways, brightening of eyes and enhancing parts of the body with lighting and studio background cleanup.

Can you change the colour of my outfit?Usually, yes, but please check with us first. Requests from dark to light are usually not as simple.

I haven’t posed in a Martini Glass before, how can I be sure I’ll end up with cute pictures? Lila will be on hand to help you find poses for all levels of posing experience both on the day and in the planning group in the lead up and, if you’re not comfortable climbing up into the glass, we can achieve fabulousness posing next to the glass, keeping our feet firmly on the ground!

$149.50 deposit required, with the balance of $149.50 due on the 30^th December.

Martini Glass & Centrepiece Set Plus Commemorative, Personalised Gift - $745 (prepaid only)

$295 deposit required, 2^nd payment of $225 due on 30^th November, with the balance of $225 on the 30^th December.
