The Bushwackers at Qirkz in The Hunter – April 26th – ‘A Special Tribute to The Anzacs’
The Bushwackers have a long history with the celebration of Anzac Day. The band were the first performers of ‘And The Band Played Watzing Matilda’ and have added over the years to their repertoire of Anzac Themed songs and stories. ‘April 25’ 'Our Last Drink' and ‘Dear Mum And Dad’ together with their classic original songs and gems from the bush music tradition.
The ‘Tribute to the Anzacs’ show at Qirkz in The Hunter will be on April 26th at 7pm and will have all the songs, stories, drama and humour of the Australian Anzac story.
Truly a time to remember what being Australian means to us all.!
