Event Details

This interactive 1-hour workshop will focus on self-care and wellbeing.

In response to the recent adoption of the IHRA definition and ongoing involvement in the support and activism of support for Palestinian human rights. 

Facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist, the workshop will cover mental health impacts and provide self care techniques to further support community members during this time.

Open to all;  healthcare and non-health workers welcome.
