We are excited to announce our annual Women in Business Conference 2023, an empowering event designed to inspire and uplift our strong Shoalhaven Women in Business network. This year's theme is "Empower," and we are thrilled to have Alison Earl as our keynote speaker.

Alison Earl is a mindset and behaviour expert with a core focus on empowering people to take control of their personal experience of change, uncertainty and stress, and ultimately, to thrive.

A bit of background....

For over 15 years, she has studied human behaviour and motivation;

She is a repeat guest lecturer in Behavioural Economics at the Harvard School of Public Health;

A Positive Psychology Practitioner;

Helped build new business from the ground up in Sydney, London and New York; and

Has worked with people and companies in over 20 countries.

In addition to Alison's keynote speech, the conference will feature our usual panel discussions led by our own empowering President, Jemma Tribe featuring local Shoalhaven successful female leaders & entrepreneurs.

And this will be the 2nd year we offer our Women in Business Scholarships. An exciting new addition to our Women in Business program. 2022 saw two lucky recipients awarded, thanks to the support from the CBA Bank:

2023 we will be awarding another 2 scholarships to local business women.
