This meeting is to be conducted under the racing rules and regulations of the Australian Compact Speedcar Association and the safety rules of Speedway Australia.
Event Location: Sonic Speedway Swanhill 6418 Sea Lake – Swanhill rd Swan Hill 3585
Event Management: Sonic Speedway Swanhill and Victorian Compact Speedcar Club
Event Date: Sunday 5th Apirl 2026
Nominations: All nominations must be received via the online entry form by 8.00 pm Saturday 29th March 2026
Nomination fee: $100 per car, non-refundable. Late nomination fee of $150 per car. All late entries to start ROF for first 2 rounds of heats (ACSA Rule 10.2.3)
Transponders: Transponders will be used at this event. If you require a transponder a fee of $50 cash will need to be paid on the night to the track.
Gates Open: 12pm, all competitors must be in the pits by 4.00 pm. Gate Entry is $25 per adult.
Scrutineering: Scrutineering will be conducted on the day. Any car racing in the State Title that finishes within the first five (5) places may be measured for engine capacity and weight immediately following the race. (ACSA Rule 10.3.2)
Weighing & Measuring: Each heat winner & first five (5) finishers in the title feature event. 1 Car at random per heat to be weighed. Engine measuring will be completed at discretion and with top 5 place getters. Failure to comply will result in loss of monies due and disqualification
Scales will be located in the centre of the track and will be available to competitors 90mins be schedule start time.
(ACSA Rule 2.3.7) Cars may be weighed following any event. Cars weighed at the completion of an event may not add fuel or ballast to satisfy the minimum weight requirement. Any car failing to meet the minimum required weight at the completion of an event shall be disqualified from that event.
(ACSA Rule 2.3.5) Total Car and Driver weight not to be less than 430Kg. To be measured with fuel and all other fluids at normal levels as raced on the track.
Drivers Briefing: Compact Speedcar drivers will have their own briefing at 5:00pm followed by the track briefing at 5:30pm.
Engine Start: There will be every effort made for an opportunity for engine starts and hot laps prior to the meeting starting.
Tow / Push Vehicles: Tow and push vehicles will be provided by the track.
Tow Money: Each car must complete 1 racing lap to be eligible for tow money.
Competitors from Victorian residential address: $100
Interstate competitors travelling less than 499km from residential address: $100
Competitors travelling between 500km - 999km from residential address: $250
Competitors travelling 1000km - 1500km from residential address: $375
Competitors travelling >1500km from residential address: $500
Prize Money: Prize money will be awarded on the night and paid via direct deposit. Final prize money amounts will be confirmed closer to the date; however, we are aiming for the following as a minimum:
1st - $1500
2nd - $900
3rd - $750
4th - $600
5th - $500
6th - $300
7th - $200
8th - $150
9th – 24th $100
Hard Charger in Final $100 Bunnings Voucher
Log books, tow money and prize money to be signed for in a registered book at the end of the night.
Trophies: The top three places in the final will receive trophies on the night.

Grid Draws and Heats in accordance with ACSA rules section 10.6 and the promoter.
2 x 10 Lap Heats per Car
