Registration and conditions of entry

CALL OUT TO ALL PERFORMERS FROM ANY FIELD OF CHOICE:

•Singing – A Cappella or with live instrumental accompaniment

•Musical Instrument

•Monologues

•Mime

•Speech/ Comedian – must be kept to less than 10mins.

LENGTH OF ITEMS: Performers MUST time their showpiece accurately and fill in the form You must allow for staging set up before and after performance - clearing of stage ready for next item.

•ITEMS 3 to 10 mins in length. Each solo or group performance.

•Depending on their item timeline performer items will be allocated a slot in one half of the overall production – either before or after interval.

CONDITIONS:

•Performers must engage their own support crew

•Performances must supply own props costume etc.

•There will be one microphone

•Performers wishing to use the piano must make that request on their forms.

•Performers will be “gonged out” if they go over the time allocated for their item.

•There will be no combined item rehearsal pre Production night so the info you give in your registration form is important for a smooth run through.

•No performers will be paid.

You have permission to watch other performers, as long as your stage entry is possible without disruption to other performers. Access to green room is for performers only, under 18s can be accompanied by one adult ($10 entry).
