Grazing management is a fundamental practice of Regenerative Agriculture.

Dr Judi Earl's main area of interest is working with land managers to enhance the condition and productivity of their land through understanding of ecosystem function and more effective utilisation of available resources.

In this workshop we explore grassland ecology, soil health and grazing management to regenerate the land using Holistic practices. We will explore Judi’s experience in regenerating her own degraded 1,100-acre property purchased in 2011 and the subsequent establishment of a learning centre on the property.

Catering is supplied and numbers are limited so, please ensure you do RSVP and add any special dietary requirements.

Post the information session in the morning we will be joining Judi on a paddock walk so please ensure you have suitable footwear and a hat for this activity.

This is a 'free' workshop jointly funded by the Commonwealth and the New South Wales Government under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements and we thank them for their support with this project.

About Our Speaker:

Judi gained a PhD in pasture ecology when she conducted the first studies describing the benefits to pasture composition from planned grazing. She has extensive experience in how grasslands and pastures respond to grazing and fertility management and is a widely respected speaker on these matters.

Judi has been a principal of the consultancy business, Agricultural Information and Monitoring Services (AIMS) since 1998. The AIMS philosophy is to empower landholders to make informed decisions based on evidence collected through their own monitoring programs.
