📍What are mindful relationship skills?

Mindful relationship skills will furnish you with the ability to form and maintain healthy connections with others by communicating, cooperating, and managing the relationship effectively. Mindful relationship skills also allow you to resist unsuitable behaviours by being able to make better choices through a better understanding of healthy relationship dynamics.

It’s important to note that mindful relationship skills are not something that you “have” or “not have.” Everyone has varying degrees of strengths and challenges related to relationship skills. This workshop is crafted to allow you to increase your ability and strengths while decreasing your weaknesses and blind spots to create a better relationship experience for yourself.
