Details
Mental Health + Wellbeing First Aid Training with Sarah Green, Highway to Well.
2 Days - Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th November 2023 at the Glen Innes Showground Tea Rooms.
9:00am to 4.30pm each day.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided. *Please let GLENRAC know if you have any dietary restrictions*
Participants of this two-day mental health first aid training course will leave with:
- Improved understanding of mental health illness and their treatments.
- Improved knowledge of appropriate mental health first aid strategies and how to provide these to someone needing support.
- Improved confidence in supporting someone experiencing a mental illness or crisis.
