Pasta Making with Phil & Nadia Donato (Homegrown Parkes)

Have you ever wanted to make pasta, but just thought it all looked a bit complicated?

We have the demonstration for you at Homegrown Parkes!

Our Local State Member, Phil Donato MP, and his wife Nadia are bringing pasta making to Parkes….Homegrown Parkes that is!

Nadia (and Phil) will be showing you how simple it is to make pasta at home – fresh and delicious!

Making is from scratch, they will demonstrate forming the pasta traditionally and electrically, so that whether you are hoping to make taglietelli or tortellini, you will leave with the know how to make your own pasta at home.

Nadia has also generously offered to cook and share samples at the demonstration. The Parkes community are in for a real treat!
