Tynan Wines "A Persian Experience" Dinner Sat 28 Feb 2026 Sold out

What an interesting menu!  The meal will again be prepared by our wonderful caterers, Delectable Delicacies (Gill & Mario). The ticket price includes:: 

• Five courses 
• Welcoming glass of Tynan Wines award-winning Silver medal Sparkling Prosecco, and 
• a taste of Mark's recommended matching wine for each course; 
• additional wine available at cellar door prices by the glass or bottle. 

The dinner format is long table at our Salamander Bay Cellar Door, and tickets are limited to 24 people. Dress code is casual. Cost is $105/person + booking fee.  You're welcome to invite family & friends. Please inform us if there are any special dietary requirements within your group. We have non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice available for non-drinkers.  And let us know if you would like to sit with particular guests.

Course 1: Mercimek Koftesi - stuffed baby peppers with date couscous and feta
Course 2: Pirozhki Pie with Mediterranean Salad - soft buns with spiced ground beef and savoury filling
Course 3: Methi sang gosh with saffron rice - fragrant tangy lamb stew
Course 4: Spiced Chicken, carrot, lemon & raisin Tagine with flatbread
Course 5: Dark chocolate, ricotta, coconut and lime cake
