MATT TRIGGE TRIO (MELB)

MATT TRIGGE is a Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist whose music fuses jazz, broken beat & house into a rich &  distinctive sound.  With extensive festival experience, including performances at Woodford Folk Festival, the National Folk Festival & the St Kilda Festival, Matt has established himself as a versatile & compelling live performer.

He has worked both as a solo artist & toured nationally with bands such as Headphones Jones & Busted Chops, showcasing his ability to move seamlessly between trumpet, keys & electronic textures. His performances balance improvisation with groove, creating an immersive atmosphere that resonates across audiences & venues alike.

Matt’s new project showcases his evolution as an artist, weaving together jazz house grooves & broken beat textures into a fresh & forward-looking sound.
