Find your new way to move across Knox.

In Mascot's classes, primary school aged children are taught the basics of karate in a fun and enjoyable environment. 

Classes focus on developing skills, fitness and strength with plenty of opportunities for games to support developing karate skills.

Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.  Parents/carer givers will be asked to sign a waiver prior to the activity.

This activity is hosted by Golden Cobra Martial Arts.
