The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year - a powerful time for inner stillness, letting go, and planting seeds for new beginnings. This immersive soundscape will allow participants the space to just be. To allow the healing sound bath to celebrate the rebirth of light - both within and around us.

Chairs will be available, and if you would prefer to lie down, we have yoga mats, a few blankets, and cushions for your comfort. Feel free to bring anything additional that will help you relax and settle into the experience.

Please bring a journal, as there will be time after the session for reflection, journaling, and receiving any insights or messages from your Higher Self.
