Tynan Wines Christmas in July Dinner Friday 31 July 2026

Join us at Tynan Wines for our annual Christmas in July five course degustation dinner.  The meal will again be prepared by our wonderful caterers, Delectable Delicacies (Gill & Mario). The ticket price includes a welcoming glass of Tynan Wines award-winning Silver medal Sparkling Prosecco, and a half glass of our recommended matching wine for each course; with additional wine available at cellar door prices by the glass or bottle. The dinner format is long table at our Salamander Bay Cellar Door, and tickets are limited to 24 people. Dress code is casual, with Christmas attire encouraged! Cost is $125/person + booking fee.

• Course 1: Festive Grilled Salmon with macadamia pangrattato with watermelon and pomegranate salad
• Course 2: Pumpkin, cheese and spinach roulade. Served on Rocket and balsamic beets
• Course 3: Apple & Cinnamon Glazed Ham Santa's. Walnut, Apple & Cranberry Salad
• Course 4: Roast Pork Shoulder with stuffed onions, pickled pears and potatoes. Carrots & Parsnips with smoked chilli butter
• Course 5: Sticky Date Pudding with boozy caramel sauce

You're welcome to invite family & friends. Please inform us if there are any special dietary requirements within your group. We have non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice available for non-drinkers. Let us know if you would like to sit with particular guests.
