Our holiday clinic offers the perfect opportunity to refine your skills, play match scenarios, and discover how the pros train and prepare for the season.
Created specifically for 12–17-year-olds, this unique clinic goes beyond the basics. Undergoing a 6-hour program curated by GIANTS staff and approved by Head Coach Nerida Stewart, you'll gain valuable insights into the training, mental wellbeing, nutrition, and strength and conditioning strategies that make up a GIANTS Netball athlete.
