SBC Annual General Meeting 2021

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting and Members Meeting of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. The meeting will be held on Wednesday 24th November, 2021 at the Nowra Golf Club from 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.

The purpose of the AGM:

1. To receive and consider the Financial Statements and the Reports in respect of the Financial year ended 30 June 2021.
2. To Elect the
President,
Vice President,
Treasurer
Secretary—Public Officer,
Ordinary Members—8 Positions.

You must be a financial member to nominate and vote.

Any notice of motion to be addressed at the Annual General Meeting must be forwarded, in writing including the names of the proposer and seconder, to the Secretary at the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. via admin@shoalhavenbusiness.com.au no later than close of business Wednesday 17th November, 2021

Shoalhaven Business Chamber is accepting nominations from our members to join the Management Committee for 2021 - 2022. Nominee Forms can be found on the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Website www.shoalhavenbusinesschamber.com.au.

Nominations can only be made by Financial Members of the Chamber.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to catering requirements any cancellations to RSVP’s need to be advised to chamber office no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations received within 3 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
