Creative Death Care - “the role of arts and creativity in death care” in conversation.
Will
involve a talk by a number of panelists including the founder of Creative Death Care Peta Morris and chaired by the gallery owner Emma  . This event will be held the weekend after the national “Dying to Know Day” (which is on August 8th). This event will be a conversation around the role of arts and creativity in death care. We have passed through a pivotal time in history where Covid forced us to look inward and outward about who we are and how we navigate death and dying, the changing face of death care and opening up to possibilities around us. Out of this confrontational time has come the possibility for deep and conscious choices around how we care for our loved ones and approach grief and how that can fundamentally change us as a community and nation.
