Join us in May for a gentle guided meditation to soften and release guilt.![]()
Guilt is something many carry quietly alongside grief. Guilt for what we wish we’d done differently, for surviving, for moments of joy, or simply for continuing on.
In this circle, you’ll be guided through a 40 min meditation infused with healing nature sounds, offering space to soften, release, and meet yourself with kindness and compassion.
This gathering is made even more special through the beautiful collaboration between Community Care & Wellbeing and Red Nose. SMCT have generously opened the Care & Wellbeing Centre at Springvale Botanical Cemetery to host these circles, allowing us to welcome more people into a space where grief can be acknowledged gently and held with compassion.
Facilitated by Community Engagement Coordinator, Fotini, with many years of experience in mindfulness and healing.
