Join Fire N Forage, an immersive outdoor dining experience led by Indigenous chef Zach Green and Indigenous harvester Shannon Motlop, celebrating the flavours of Northern Australia through fire-cooked seafood, native ingredients, and cultural storytelling. Connecting guests to Country through food, Fire N Forage delivers a unique experience where every meal is cooked over flames and every dish tells a story.
Held during NAIDOC Week, this special event honours culture, connection, and community, featuring special guest speakers who will share their insights, experiences, and stories throughout the evening.
Your evening begins at the Beach Club with a traditional Saltwater Ceremony overlooking the Darwin Waterfront, followed by a selection of canapés and a welcome beverage.
Guests will then make their way to the waterfront deck at Wharf One Food & Wine for a four-course dining experience, paired with premium tastings from ** Seven Seasons Spirits**.
Throughout the evening, Zach, Shannon, and special guests will share stories of Country, culture, and native ingredients, creating a dining experience that connects guests to place through food, flavour, and tradition.
More than a dinner, Fire N Forage is a celebration of Indigenous knowledge, storytelling, and the enduring connection between people, food, and Country. A highlight of the evening, an exclusive Indigenous Voices Panel will bring together respected cultural leaders, storytellers, and changemakers for powerful conversations that celebrate the strength, knowledge and future of First Nation people.
As the sun sets over the waterfront, guest will be treated to a captivating live performance by an award-winning Indigenous musician, delivering an unforgettable celebration of culture, connection and Country through music.
