Knox City Council and Knox Leisureworks proudly support the Knox Carers Exercise Class.

Each Wednesday during term time - 12.30 - 1.30pm boot camp style class with a qualified personal trainer.

Do you provide unpaid care for a person living with a disability, who is ageing or a mental health condition? Do you live, work or play in Knox?

Free for carers and suitable for beginner - complimentary small hot drink and casual chat with other carers at the end of the class.

For carers who are unable to participate in the group class, there is the option to use the swimming pool and/or hydro pool during this time. You are still able to have a complimentary hot drink and join the other carers at the end of the group class.
