Whether you're a long-standing community group or just getting started, this workshop series is designed to help you reconnect with your mission, energise your volunteers, and make the day-to-day work feel easier and more impactful.

Across two days, we’ll dive into the stuff that really matters:

• Working better together – Understand your group dynamics, improve communication, and build a shared vision.
• Smarter meetings & structures – Learn how to run meetings people want to attend, and get clear on roles, rules and responsibilities (in plain English!).
• Grants & digital tools – Write stronger grant applications and explore easy digital tools (including AI!) that save time and reduce admin.
• Finding & keeping great volunteers – Discover practical ways to attract, support, and retain the people who make your group thrive.
