During this workshop, you will

• Start develop a deep sensitivity to your body, so you can create comfort within and tune out of the external chaos during these uncertain times.
• Understand what your anger, frustration and fear are really trying to tell you, so you can begin to live a life guided (not ruled) by your emotions
• Cultivate a strong connection to your emotional body, so you can start feeling empowered, fulfilled and confident just as you are
• Release unconscious stories and conditioning that’s in the way of what you deeply desire and expand your awareness of what is possible for your life
• Learn intuitive practices so you can live from your heart and take action which is aligned with your authentic desires

You’ll be guided through nourishing embodiment activations, partnered exercises and intuitive practices so you can create more safety in your body and your expression in the world.

• A guided embodied activation to drop out of your mind and into your body, so you can magnetise your deepest calling
• Partnered intuitive practices to receive insight and guidance on your gifts and any blocks or resistance to sharing them

About Lena

Lena is a feminine embodiment coach from Perth, Western Australia who supports women to experience deeper love, freedom pleasure and purpose on their own terms. She believes the inner ‘work’ we do to love and acceptance of ourselves exactly as we are can and needs to be amplified in order to get us out of our own way and serving our communities the way we were born to. Lena is also an Anthropologist and Heritage Consultant who is is driven to support First Nation Australian matters, including land rights, connection to culture and community development.
